BRIAN COOPER, PRESIDENT & CEO
With over 25 years in the sports and entertainment industry, Brian is one of Canada’s foremost sponsorship experts and was named as one of Canada’s top 25 Power Players in Canadian Sports.
Brian was previously the VP of Business Development and Operations with Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment and the President of the Grey Cup winning Toronto Argonauts. He was also the founder of Insight Sports Ltd., known for the NHL Network, GOL TV, and the World Fishing Network.
He is a current board member of Canada Basketball, the Hockey Canada Foundation and the Stratford Festival. Previously, Brian has held board member positions with the Toronto Blue Jays Foundation, The Toronto Indy Grand Prix/Champ Car Foundation and the Wayne Gretzky Foundation.
MATTHEW LOGUE, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer | Partner
Matthew Logue has developed sponsorship strategies and activation programs in numerous industries, with extensive experience in the automotive, consumer electronics, financial services, and restaurant sectors. Matthew is also very experienced in property assessments, valuations, negotiations and relationship management.
Prior to joining S&E, Matthew worked both client and agency side in finance, production, sales and marketing roles, with international sales and business development experience in consumer packaged goods exporting to Asia and Europe.
Matthew frequently appears at industry events and is member of the Board of Directors for Sponsorship Marketing Council of Canada.
CORI WOOLLEY, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, Activations & Events | PARTNER
In her role as VP, Cori heads up S&E’s busy Activation & Events practice. Cori has successfully managed over 500 events throughout her career, from ideation all the way to implementation. With over 20 years of experience in sports and event marketing, Cori knows what it takes to successfully bring a brand to life.
Cori was previously the Director of Partner Servicing and Events at Alpine Canada, and the Sales & Sponsorship Director at Labatt Breweries managing the Canada Cup, Toronto Blue Jays, NFL, Motorsports, National Ski Team and Many others. She was also the President of On-course Strategies, an event marketing company handling a televised national music talent search, golf tournaments, exclusive corporate functions, and grassroots community tours.
DAVID CHONG, SENIOR DIRECTOR | CLIENT DEVELOPMENT & NEGOTIATIONS
David Chong is a Senior Director with S&E's consulting and account management team, responsible for the oversight and development of best practices in key agency functional areas (Client Development, Negotiations, and new opportunity Valuations) across S&E's entire client roster.
David brings strong client-side and consulting experience to S&E. Prior to joining the agency in October 2010, David spent over four years at Maple Leaf Foods and four years in market research consulting at ACNielsen. David began his career in actuarial consulting after graduating from the University of Toronto with a degree in Economics, Statistics, and Math.
ANDREW SHULMAN, SENIOR DIRECTOR | STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT & PLANNING
Andrew is a Marketing professional with more than 15+ years of progressive experience in Consumer Packaged Goods brand management, Professional Sports & Sponsorship environments. At S&E, Andrew is a Senior Director, leading the strategic development of sponsorship strategies across S&E’s entire client roster. Prior to joining S&E, Andrew was the Manager - Corporate Partnership Marketing at MLSE where he lead all consumer & business-to-business sponsorship initiatives for several of the Toronto Maple Leafs and Raptors largest corporate partners. Andrew developed & executed marketing strategies for Ford Motor Company of Canada, IBM Canada, LG Electronics Canada, RONA, Microsoft Canada, among others.
Andrew holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
